- Avoid situations where I know I will be tempted to drink
- Be physically active: biking, yoga
- Try a kickboxing class
- Write my feelings out to help understand why this is a problem for me
- Try to view cravings and bouts of anxiety from with some perspective instead of indulging them and becoming lost in confused, contradictory feelings
- Find that "ocean"-view place on the bike path
- Baths, Self-Massage, Tea, Guided Meditation CD
- Good fiction is a much better escape than getting wasted
- Draw and Paint
